Your Mission Take the wheel of a fleet that’s central to delivering unforgettable journeys across the Sossusvlei region. From safari vehicles to quads, e-bikes and generators, you’ll ensure everything runs like clockwork—visibly spotless and operationally flawless. What You’ll Own • Vehicle & plant inspections, servicing schedules, turnaround optimization • Generator servicing & reliability management • Hands-on test drives and quality assurance • Maintenance record-keeping & fuel usage analysis • Fleet presentation that meets 5-star guest expectations • Budgeting, stock control, and workshop cleanliness • Liaising with lodge teams, trainers, and guests alike • Workshop staff leadership: recruitment, reviews, development & discipline • Spare parts procurement, storage security, and recharge accountability • Month-end reports and QuickBooks stock allocations • Enforcing health, safety, and compliance protocols What You’ll Bring • Trade-tested mechanical qualification and 5 years in workshop experience • Proven workshop management (min 3 years) • Hospitality experience highly advantageous—you understand guest standards from the inside • Environmentally conscious mindset—your decisions reflect sustainability in action • Crystal-clear English communication (written and spoken) • Excel, Word and budget awareness • Valid driver’s license and passport • A head for logistics and a heart for hospitality ✨ What You’re Made Of You’re calm under pressure, proactively problem-solving and uplifting your team.
