About the Role
A well-established, premium lifestyle and design brand is seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead one of its retail stores in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial mindset, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional in-store experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
- Lead by example, promoting a culture of customer excellence and teamwork.
- Collaborate with suppliers, logistics partners, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of store activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager within a retail environment.
