About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Licensing Administrator to join our team in East London. As a key member of our administration department, you will be responsible for managing and processing vehicle licensing, ensuring accurate distribution and control of licensing documentation, and coordinating various processes related to fuel control and invoicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process monthly bulk and ad-hoc vehicle licensing
- Ensure accurate distribution and control of licensing documentation
- Coordinate all processes related to vehicle licensing, fuel control, and invoicing administration
- Control and monitor fire certificates
- Petty cash control related to all fleet activities
- Order consumables and attend to various administrative tasks
Requirements
- Completed Matric certificate (4 years of experience)
- Proficient in the use of MS Office
- Knowledge of licensing and related processes is highly advantageous
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
