About the Role
Lead Hand – Building in Stellenbosch is a senior site-based role within the construction sector, requiring proven experience and strong leadership skills. As a Lead Hand, you will be responsible for setting out new sites accurately, guiding site teams, and ensuring quality control on projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Set out new sites according to drawings, measurements, and specifications
- Guide site teams in completing finishing works such as plastering, screeding, snag lists, and final handover preparation
- Supervise and coordinate a small team, allocate daily tasks, and maintain productivity and workmanship standards on site

- Proven experience in a Lead Hand or senior site-based role within the construction sector
