About the Role

The Building Company is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented GRN Clerk to join our team in Klerksdorp, North West. As a key member of our receiving team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate recording of information related to goods received from suppliers. You will work closely with our logistics team to investigate discrepancies and process goods efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receiving of Stock Delivered
  • Matching Delivery Notes to Order Forms
  • Checking Goods Received
  • Obtaining Delivery Notes
  • Process Goods Receive
  • Investigate Discrepancies
  • Batching GRN Packs
  • General Administrative Duties

Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • 1 year of relevant work experience in a similar role
  • Basic computer skills
