About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Administrator to join our team in Cape Town. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. If you have a passion for administration, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving and handing over Purchase Orders to Production
- Manufacturing of all sale orders received
- Compiling picking slips / Job Cards
- Check physical stock balances against system where required
- Requesting and following up on outstanding picking slips
- Document paperwork received and still required
- Communicate with all relevant parties
- Complete manufacturing process and proceed with invoicing
Requirements
- At least 2 years of working experience preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Experience in Pastel Evolution MS Office literate incl. Excel for spreadsheets
- Attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual with own reliable transport to and from the office
- Good communication skills
- Team Player
- Deadline Driven
- Have good troubleshooting skills
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Manufacturing industry and Pastel Evolution
- Matric
