About the Role
Labour Solutions SA is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead our team in Bloemfontein. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing budgets, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting and achieving sales targets
- Managing budgets and financial records
- Recruiting, training, supervising, scheduling, and appraising staff
- Managing inventory levels, ordering stock, and ensuring compliance with company policies
- Ensuring high standards of customer service, resolving complaints, and fostering positive customer relationships
- Implementing visual merchandising standards and maintaining store appearance
- Adhering to health and safety regulations, maintaining equipment, and handling security
