Sous Chef – Luxury Wine Estate, Franschhoek Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a creative and passionate Sous Chef to join a prestigious luxury wine estate in Franschhoek. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented culinary professional to lead a kitchen team, create exquisite dishes, and support a world-class dining experience in one of South Africa’s most renowned wine regions. What’s on offer: * Salary: R25,000 – R28,000 per month * Work in a luxury, high-end hospitality environment * Opportunity to develop leadership skills and advance your culinary career The Role: The Sous Chef will support the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations and maintaining the highest culinary standards.
