As the IT Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of key technology initiatives, spanning software development, infrastructure, and service-related projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of IT and technology projects across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid environments
Maintain and track detailed project plans, schedules, roadmaps, budgets, and forecasts
Serve as Scrum Master and facilitator for all Agile ceremonies, ensuring best-practice adoption
Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers
Coordinate cross-functional resources, including workload and capacity planning
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear communication and reporting

Requirements

Expert knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management frameworks
PMP and Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent) certification
Proficiency in Jira, MS Project, and Azure DevOps
Hands-on experience configuring Azure DevOps Boards, pipelines, and dashboards
Strong understanding of SDLC, ITSM concepts, and risk management frameworks
Willingness to travel when required

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration
National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent
