About the Role

Our client in the Telecommunication Industry is seeking a Field Technician to join their team in Johannesburg. Serving clients by technical onsite support on a very wide basis, including Wi-Fi, communications and machine to machine products, country wide.

Key Responsibilities

Control, order and reconcile own stock on a daily basis
Assist clients at their premises
Resolve issues progressively
Be punctual
Excel under pressure

Requirements

Matric complete and technical qualification e.g. electrician preferred
Computer literate
1 year of working experience (training will be provided)
Fluent in English
In possession of a valid driver’s license
In possession of own reliable vehicle
In possession of own smart phone
In possession of own laptop/computer
Criminal record free
Able to pass polygraph test on a regular basis
Must be able to travel on a daily basis to assist clients in surrounding towns and area
