About the Role

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Somerset West, Western Cape, South Africa. As a key member of our product team, you will collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure our property management software is reliable, user-friendly, and high-performing.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with product and development teams to test, refine, and improve our solutions.
Ensure all testing processes are well-documented, repeatable, and aligned with product requirements.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA frameworks, automation, and testing efficiency.
Enable faster delivery cycles without compromising quality by working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

2–3 years of proven experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role, ideally in cloud-based SaaS products.
Experience with QA methodologies, tools, and processes, including both manual and automated testing.
Exposure to automation frameworks and test case reusability.
Knowledge of relevant regulatory standards and best practices in software quality.

Qualifications

Completed Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)

Salary & Benefits

R40K – R50K CTC p.m. (depending on experience)
