About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to develop and execute a roadmap that diversifies our company’s revenue streams beyond Contact Centers into AI, IoT, and Cyber Security. This role will manage the entire solution lifecycle from “idea to sunset,” ensuring internal processes (billing, support, delivery) are integrated and ready.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a roadmap for diversified revenue streams
Manage the entire solution lifecycle from “idea to sunset”
Ensure integration of internal processes for billing, support, and delivery
Turn complex technical concepts into sellable products with pricing models, value propositions, and service level definitions
Identify and manage key relationships with Global OEMs and partners
Offer recommendations for continuous improvement across all aspects of our solutions
Build robust business models for new solutions to ensure profitability, scalability, and alignment with company’s strategic objectives

Requirements

5 years of practical experience in the ICT working environment
5 years’ experience in Product management
3 years of managerial experience
MBA or equivalent master’s qualifications preferred

Qualifications

Diploma in Information Technology or Diploma Project Management
