About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Solar Installations Site Manager to oversee the delivery of residential and/or commercial solar PV projects from site setup through to commissioning. This hands-on role requires a leader who thrives on quality, safety, and meeting project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day site operations for solar PV installations
Coordinate installation teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensure all works are completed safely, on time, and to specification
Conduct site inspections and quality checks
Maintain compliance with H&S regulations and company procedures
Liaise with clients, project managers, and engineers
Resolve on-site issues efficiently and professionally
Complete site reports and documentation

Requirements

Proven experience managing solar PV installation projects
Strong understanding of solar systems and electrical/mechanical installation
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Full driving licence
