Queenstown: Human Resources Manager – Meat Traders

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Queenstown. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end HR initiatives, ensuring compliance with SA labour legislation, and supporting line managers with disciplinary processes and investigations. Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR: recruitment, onboarding, performance, IR/ER and exits
• Ensure compliance with SA labour legislation, HR policies, and HR reporting
• Support line managers with disciplinary processes, investigations, and CCMA preparation
• Oversee payroll input, HR administration, and accurate HR data and records
• Drive HR projects such as EE, training, talent development, and engagement initiatives

Requirements

• Relevant HR degree / diploma
• 5 years generalist HR experience
• Strong IR/ER exposure
• Experience in manufacturing/abattoir/food or similar industrial environment (advantageous)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field
