About the Role

Join a high-energy premium retail brand and lead from the front in our fast-paced retail environment. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading store operations while driving sales performance, productivity, and team engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily store operations to ensure productivity and efficiency
  • Implement strategies to achieve sales and performance targets
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability
  • Manage, motivate, and lead team members by example
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and energetic working environment

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years management experience within a sales-driven retail environment
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • High energy, driven, and action-oriented leadership style
  • Strong sense of accountability, responsibility, and integrity
  • Process-driven with the ability to think systemically

Salary & Benefits
