Key Responsibilities

Analyse trending content across platforms and identify what makes it work.
Develop and execute strategies to replicate and adapt those patterns for different audiences and niches.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to test, iterate and optimise content for maximum reach.
Track and report on organic growth, audience engagement and trend performance.
Stay plugged into online culture from memes to viral videos and use that insight to drive explosive growth.

Requirements

Proven experience growing social channels or brands organically.
A deep understanding of what performs on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and similar platforms.
Strong analytical instincts you can dissect why something works and recreate the magic.
Fast execution, adaptability, and comfort working in a high-growth, experimental environment.
