About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our team in the Northern Suburbs. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, leading a team of 7 sales reps (internal and external), and ensuring targets are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Lead and motivate a team of sales reps
- Set and achieve sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments
- Resolve any issues that were escalated from sales reps
Requirements
- Solid experience managing/supervising others
- Technical sales experience
- Manufacturing, steel industry experience
Qualifications
- Grade 12
