About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Estate Manager Couple to join our team at Farm Manager SA. As the backbone of our property, you will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance and upkeep, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests. If you have a passion for agriculture and a knack for leadership, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage orchard maintenance and oversee 2 gardeners
- Perform plumbing and electrical maintenance tasks
- Maintain the condition of communal areas, including rooms and outside spaces
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests
- Collaborate with the Farm Manager to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate
- Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance management
- Previous experience working in an orchard environment is highly desirable
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team
- Valid driver’s license
Qualifications
- Completed Grade 12
- Relevant maintenance management experience (required)
- Plumbing and electrical maintenance experience (required)
- Previous experience overseeing staff or managing teams (desirable)
