About the Role

Hire Resolve is currently seeking a Financial Planner to join our client’s team, working at a mill in the KZN Midlands. As a Financial Planner, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial planning services to clients in the KZN Midlands region. You will work closely with clients to assess their financial needs, develop customized financial plans, and implement strategies to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

Meet with clients to assess their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
Collect and analyze financial data to develop customized financial plans.
Recommend investment strategies, taking into account clients’ financial goals and market conditions.
Implement financial plans by assisting clients with investment transactions.
Monitor clients’ investment portfolios and make adjustments as needed.
Provide ongoing financial advice and guidance to clients.
Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Financial Planner or in a similar role.
3 Years Management Accounting Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of financial planning principles, investment products, and tax strategies.
Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Proficiency in financial planning software and tools.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional ethics and integrity.
