Key Responsibilities
- ERP / Software Project Management (Finance, Gaming & Technology)
- Partner with Finance to define and communicate detailed project requirements to the ERP team
- Translate finance requirements into clear, actionable specifications for technology teams
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, quality, and budget are achieved
- Monitor project costs, assess resource needs, and allocate resources effectively
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success
- Drive finance automation initiatives through software development and system improvements
- Provide regular progress updates and feedback to Finance and business stakeholders
- Advise management on project priorities, schedules, and resource allocation
- Ensure quality assurance and accuracy across all finance-related system developments
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Finance, Auditing and Accounting principles
- Solid technical financial knowledge including IFRS, budgeting, and operational tax
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Financial Accounting or similar
- Certified Accountant (CTA) or Chartered Accountant (CA(SA))
- Project Management Certification
