Job Description

Hire Resolves client is urgently seeking the expertise of a Senior Electrician in Cape Town, Western Cape.

Responsibilities:

Perform complex electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in accordance with regulations and standards.
Diagnose and resolve intricate electrical faults efficiently and effectively.
Conduct thorough inspections and tests to ensure installations meet safety standards.
Issue Certificates of Compliance (COCs) for completed electrical work.
Oversee and guide junior electricians, apprentices, and other team members.
Plan, coordinate, and manage electrical projects from start to finish.
Provide accurate cost estimates for materials and labour.
Adhere to all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and submit detailed reports.
Interact with clients professionally, address their concerns, and provide technical advice.
Keep abreast of the latest industry developments, technologies, and regulations.

Requirements:

Trade Test Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Wireman’s License.
Western Cape Electrical Board Registered
Valid Driver’s License.
Demonstrated expertise in complex electrical work.
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues.
