Education:
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field
- Omron, Siemens and/or Allen Bradley training or certifications will be advantageous
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Develop, modify, and maintain PLC programs on Omron, Siemens, and/or Allen Bradley platforms
- Implement control strategies based on functional specifications, P&IDs, and customer requirements
- Configure PLC hardware, I/O, and industrial communication networks
- Produce electrical control designs, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts using AutoCAD Electrical and/or EPLAN
- Develop and maintain HMI screens, alarms, trends, and diagnostics
- Execute and support Factory and Site Acceptance Testing (FAT/SAT) and on-site commissioning
- Perform system troubleshooting, optimisation, and support during start-up phases
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and manage revisions
- Collaborate with project teams and customers throughout project lifecycles
- Travel locally and internationally for project execution and commissioning
