- Supervision of Mine Resources, First-Line Supervision, or Team Leadership Certificate
- Health and Safety Certification e.g., SAMTRAC, NOSA, First Aid, Firefighting, or HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment)

Availability and up-time of the Solution- Monitoring of Optimizer Lite equipment to ensure functionality
- Hardware and solution-related matters
- Management and tracking of inspection and preventative maintenance schedules
- Management of Work Orders and Field tasks for Optimizer Lite
- Optimizer Lite – Fuel Management System outcomes and dependencies
- Fuel and inventory performance
- Review and track the fuelling operation performance via the reporting Dashboard
- Take the required intervention actions to resolve issues impacting functionality
- Solution Health Monitoring – Alerts and notification performance
- Resolution of alerts
- Fuel and inventory performance
- Site service delivery
- Monitoring of the Solution, equipment and user performance
- Oversight and support of administrative processes to ensure compliance
- Scheduled and ad-hoc engagements with the Optimizer Lite Support Team to optimize solution performance
