About the Role
GAP Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Junior Personal Assistant to join our team in Gauteng. As a key member of our administrative support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our medical clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of medical clinics and offices
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Coordinate travel arrangements and appointments
- Assist with project coordination and administration
Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant in the Medical Industry
- Relevant Administrative Education required
- Proficient in MS Office Suite | Excel essential
- Valid Driver’s License and own Transport required
- Contactable references and payslips required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (if applicable)
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary of between R 10 000 and R 15 000 negotiable based on experience.
