Tech Gr12/N3 Eng Studies;Comp.Lit.5 yrs electrical/mechanical maintenance exp.in a food/meat process./ packing factory,incl. hygiene/HMS/HACCP/GMP/temp. control/cold chain/product specs/food regulations/ customer guidelines/relations. Must have full working/cleaning knowledge of all equip used/all operational/ production systems. Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equip during production/ diagnose problems/replace/repair parts/test/make adjustments using hand/power tools/electric meters/ material handling equipment. Perform regular scheduled preventive maintenance repairs of production machines/equip. during machine service, incl. mechanical/electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic/troubleshooting and plant facilities, incl. painting/plumbing/carpentry. Read/interpret equip manuals/work orders/perform maintenance/service/simple Machinist duties/responsibilities. Job Cards are accurately completed/ submitted for all tasks performed. Do quality control of all products (Production) and workmanship (Production/Technical)/detect faulty operations/defective material/ understand/ conform to the organogram/ all documentation/report defects/any unusual situations to correct senior.
