Job Description

A leading construction company is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee high-rise developments in the Cape Town CBD) as well as large residential estate projects across the Western Cape. Key Responsibilities: Full site management of high-rise and residential developments Programme planning, execution, and monitoring Managing subcontractors, site teams, and foremen Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements Reporting progress to senior management Cost control and coordination with QS and engineering teams Requirements: Minimum 812 years construction management experience Proven experience on multi-storey / high-rise buildings Strong residential estate experience advantageous Relevant qualification (BTech / NDip / Degree in Construction Management) SACPCMP registration (or in progress) preferred Strong leadership and communication skills
