F&B & Stock Controller Multi-Site | High-End, Fast-Paced Hospitality Group | National Expansion This is not a desk job and its not for the faint-hearted. A fast-growing, multi-site hospitality business is seeking an experienced, hands-on F&B & Stock Controller with a proven background in high-end, fast-paced restaurant environments . As the business expands nationally, this role is critical to protecting margins, tightening systems and supporting operational excellence across multiple locations. What We Offer Highly negotiable salary , dependent on experience and proven capability A genuine work hard, play hard culture with a passionate, driven team Exposure to a rapidly expanding national brand Excellent career growth opportunities as the business scales A role with autonomy, trust and visibility across the group What Youll Be Doing Managing F&B and stock control across multiple restaurant sites Overseeing ordering, receiving, stock counts, transfers and variances Actively identifying and resolving wastage, shrinkage and cost leaks Implementing, maintaining and improving robust stock systems and controls Working closely with site managers, chefs and finance teams Producing accurate stock, variance and cost reports Supporting new openings and operational growth phases Driving consistency and discipline across all sites What Were Looking For Essential: Proven experience in a high-end, fast-paced restaurant environment Demonstrated success in F&B stock control or cost control Strong operational understanding of kitchen and front-of-house workflows Highly organised, analytical and detail-driven Confident communicator who can hold teams accountable Comfortable working across multiple locations Tech-savvy with experience using stock and reporting systems KPIs & Measures of Success Stock accuracy and variance control Reduced wastage and improved gross margins Consistent systems and compliance across all sites Clear, reliable reporting and operational insight Strong collaboration with site leadership teams
