Construction Manager
10+ years of exp. in Construction Management with EPCM environment

As a result of an awarded major EPCM project in Namibia, our client is seeking a motivated Construction Manager to join on site project team on 4:2 roster
About the role
- Lead and manage all construction activities across the site, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery.
- Provide strong safety leadership and ensure compliance with our clients HSE standards.
- Oversee contractor performance, progress tracking, and interface coordination across disciplines.
- Resolve construction-related issues and ensure alignment with project specifications and contractual obligations.
- Liaise with our clients departments to manage commercial matters, claims, and change requests.
- Ensure quality assurance and control across all construction phases.
- Report regularly to our clients management on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
About you
- 10+ years of experience in construction management within EPCM environments.
- Proven leadership in managing large-scale, multidisciplinary construction teams.
- Strong understanding of civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical construction processes.
- Experience working in remote or international project locations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple contractors and ensure seamless coordination across site operations.
