About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to optimize their logistics operations in Menlo Park, Pretoria. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing receiving, storage, and dispatch operations, as well as supervising, training, and scheduling warehouse staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage receiving, storage, and dispatch operations
  • Maintain accurate inventory and conduct regular audits
  • Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff
  • Coordinate with transport companies, suppliers, and sales teams
  • Enforce health and safety regulations and equipment maintenance

Requirements

WAREHOUSE MANAGER Location: Menlo Park, Pretoria Salary: R10 000 per month We are looking for a hands-on and well-organized Warehouse Manager to oversee operations within a business specializing in water management products such as gutters, downpipes, and water tanks. This role suits someone who enjoys structure, leadership, and operational efficiency. Role Overview The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for optimizing the full logistics and stock management cycle, ensuring accurate inventory control, safe working practices, and efficient dispatch of products. Key Responsibilities (KPIs) Manage day-to-day receiving, storage, and dispatch of stock Ensure high accuracy in order fulfillment and stock handling Maintain accurate inventory records, including cycle counts and audits Manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff Foster a productive, safe, and efficient working environment Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with transporters, suppliers, and sales teams Enforce health & safety compliance and warehouse housekeeping standards Oversee equipment usage and basic maintenance (e.g. forklifts) Implement process improvements to improve efficiency and reduce costs Experience Required Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in manufacturing or distribution Skills Required Strong organisational and time-management skills Good communication and leadership ability Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Computer Skills Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
