About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Black Female candidate to fill the role of Assistant Payroll Manager in our Johannesburg office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes for our Unique/Payspace clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage payroll processes for Unique/Payspace clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date payrolls
- Process time and attendance registrations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Operate a vehicle for business purposes (driver’s license required)
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- 8 years of experience in payroll management
- Grade 12 qualification
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Advanced Excel skills
- Familiarity with the automotive/public transport industry (advantage)
Qualifications
- Completed Grade 12 studies
- Relevant work experience in payroll or a related field
