About the Role

Labourtek Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Cape Town. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, talent management, HR administration, as well as industrial relations (Bargaining Council/CCMA). Knowledge of South African labour law is essential.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management and/or Industrial Labour Relations studies
  • 5 years HR Generalist experience with experience representing the company at the Bargaining Council/CCMA
  • Minimum 5 years technical experience in a similar role

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and/or Industrial Labour Relations studies
