Roles and Responsibilities Essential non-negotiable Requirements: Bilingual fluent in English and Afrikaans Grade 12 Essential Own reliable vehicle Valid drivers licence Clear Criminal Record Clear ITC Record Must reside in the East Rand and surrounding areas (Company based in Benoni) Internal Sales Experience: Experience in Purchasing and Procurement preferred Strong Debtors Knowledge and basic understanding of credit control processes Excellent Customer Service and communication skills Strong numerical acumen Attention to detail Experience within the FMCG Industry will be advantageous Proficient in MS Office Key Responsibilities: Process Internal Quotations, Sales Orders and Invoices Coordinate purchasing and procurement of stock Liaise with customers and suppliers to ensure efficient service Maintain accurate records of quotations from suppliers and customer invoices Support debtors follow-ups Generate new sales leads and actively pursue opportunities to grow existing client base Stationery Replenishment Stock take General sales and administration duties Employment Details Employment Type: Permanent Employment Industry: Manufacturing Work space preference: Work Onsite Ideal work province: Gauteng Ideal work city: Benoni Salary bracket: R 13000 – 15000 Drivers License: CODE B (Car) Own car needed: Yes
