About the Role
Mindmatch Consulting is seeking an experienced international outbound sales agent to join our team in Cape Town’s CBD. We are looking for a skilled professional with over 1 year of international sales experience to drive success in our hospitality industry client.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and process incoming calls from clients worldwide
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly
- Meet and exceed daily sales targets
- Utilize US hours (US time) for nighttime shifts
Requirements
- Over 1 year of international sales experience essential
- Fluent in English language required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Availability: Immediate start, including nights and weekends
Qualifications
- Free transport provided within 30km radius of CBD
- Training provided on our systems and products
Salary & Benefits
- R8 500 + uncapped commission structure
- Night shift allowance
- Attendance bonus
