Job Description

Job Overview A well-established Wine & Conference Facility is seeking a reliable and well-presented Casual Hospitality & Estate Assistant to support daily guest operations. This role involves transporting guests across the estate, assisting during conferences and events, and supporting the hospitality team to ensure a seamless guest experience. The ideal candidate is professional, responsible, and comfortable working in a dynamic, events-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Safely transport guests around the estate (estate vehicle / golf cart) Assist during conferences, functions, and events Provide professional and friendly guest interaction Support front-of-house and operational teams Assist with general estate duties as required Ensure safety standards and presentation are maintained at all times Minimum Requirements Valid South African driver’s license (essential) Confident driver with a clean driving record Flexible to work rotational shifts, weekends & public holidays Well-groomed and professionally presented Strong communication skills Reliable and punctual Advantageous Previous hospitality / events / conferencing experience Experience working in a wine estate, hotel, or conferencing environment Remuneration Hourly rate. Shift allocation is aligned to operational and event requirements. Employment Type Casual / Shift-based (aligned to operational needs)
