About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Diesel Pump Technician with extensive hands-on experience in diesel fuel injection systems to join their specialist team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Repair and overhaul diesel fuel injection pumps
  • Test and calibrate injectors to manufacturer specifications
  • Diagnose and repair common rail systems
  • Conduct accurate testing using specialized equipment
  • Perform fault finding and troubleshooting
  • Ensure high standards of quality control and precision
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation

Requirements

  • Trade certificate as a Diesel Mechanic
  • Minimum 8 years specialized experience
  • Proven expertise in diesel fuel injection pump repairs (all mechanical types)
  • Injector repair and calibration experience
  • Solid knowledge of common rail systems
