Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant with a strong background in Labour Relations to join our team in Bloemfontein. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support, manage multiple tasks, and demonstrate excellent written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage correspondence and communications on behalf of senior management
- Provide case management support for labour relations matters
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes
Requirements
- Grade 12 NQF Level 5 Diploma/Certificate in Office Management (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar personal assistant or administrative role
- Experience as personal assistant, office administration, and case management support within a labour relations environment is advantageous
