About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Bloemfontein, responsible for overseeing daily operations of our branch, managing inventory, financials, and sales, while ensuring compliance with SA Labour Law.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day activities of the branch
- Oversee inventory management and control costs
- Supervise sales teams and implement sales strategies
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Ensure compliance with SA Labour Law
Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience as a Branch Manager in the Motor | Parts Industry
- Relevant Tertiary Education
- Proficient in Syspro and MS Office
- Strong knowledge of Inventory Management, Financial Management, Sales Management
- Familiarity with SA Labour Law is beneficial
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and own Transport required
