About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional Assistant to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key support role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction within our Renewable Energy division.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales and development team with preparing proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems
- Customer support and communication: updating customers and handling inquiries
- Coordinate with other departments to efficient cross-collaboration
- Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support as required
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for management
- Support marketing and promotional activities as needed
- Update orders and invoices on a regular basis
- Assist with Customer engagement meetings
Requirements
- Matric and qualification in Office administration / Project management
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales support / sales admin / similar roles
- Experience within the Renewable Energy or Construction Industry – advantageous
- English & Afrikaans language skills
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Formulas
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems
