REQUIREMENTS Experience: 35 years of practical procurement experience within HVAC, refrigeration, or a closely related technical environment Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of HVAC-R equipment, components, and current industry developments Skills: Well-developed negotiation, analytical, and organisational capabilities Software: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems Education: Diploma or bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous DUTIES Purchasing & Sourcing: Negotiate, process, and manage daily purchase orders for HVAC equipment and components Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, assess vendor performance, and negotiate cost-effective pricing Project Support: Work closely with project managers to ensure procurement aligns with project timelines and installation requirements Order Tracking: Oversee inventory levels, track deliveries, and proactively resolve shortages, discrepancies, or backorders Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, contractual obligations, and safety standards Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience Join us on SOCIAL MEDIA or visit our WEBSITE for more information.
