An exciting opportunity has become available for a Drivers Assistant at our JHB branch.
Our Pack Mark division supplies world-class coding, marking and labelling equipment, consumables and technical support solutions to customers across a wide range of industries.
The division is known for its reliability, service excellence, and ability to provide innovative product identification solutions that add value to customer operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient and accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing, issuing and dispatch of Pack Mark stock, while ensuring high standards of housekeeping and stock control, safety.
The successful candidate will furthermore be responsible for deliveries to Pack Mark customers.
The main purpose of the role is to ensure that all warehouse and stores functions operate smoothly, accurately and timeously, supporting both internal operations and customer service excellence.
Requirements:
- Minimum Grade 12 (matric)
- Computer literate (MS Office essential)
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Minimum 1 year’s administration experience
- Minimum 1 year’s warehousing and stores experience
- Driver’s license with PDP minimum of 3 years
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Responsibilities:
- Receiving of Goods (checking and packing away)
- Stock and Stock Room maintenance
- Picking and packing of stock
- Despatcher duties (booking couriers and completing waybills)
- Deliveries
- Issuing of stock and returns
- Housekeeping and health and safety
- Communication, administration and filing
- Stock take / stock counting
