Tax Compliance Backlog Management: Submit and/or amend historical income tax returns across six jurisdictions . Resolve all resulting tax authority queries and manage audits from start to finish. Catch up on transfer pricing compliance requirements. Tax Projects & Risk Management: Lead Voluntary Disclosure processes end‑to‑end. Pursue outstanding tax refunds. Manage tax audits, ensuring timely responses and high‑quality submissions. Oversee in‑country tax consultants and ensure quality of work performed. Assess consultant reports for risks and collaborate with finance and tax teams on remediation. Participate in tax health checks, advisory opinions, and auditor‑related reporting. Support the rollout of Transfer Pricing Documentation and contribute to transaction assessments. Obtain withholding tax DTA rate approvals. Review tax‑relevant agreements as needed. Tax Accounting & Reporting: Calculate income tax and deferred tax for accruals and provisional taxes. Ensure accuracy and integrity of all relevant tax accounts in the trial balance.
