Roles and Responsibilities Make 100 outbound calls per day to prospective recruiters, recruitment teams, and decision-makers Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to complement calling Engage prospects in qualified conversations, uncover challenges, understand needs, and articulate companies’ value proposition Book at least 1 qualified meeting per week for the Sales / Account Executive team Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely records of all activity and prospect data in the CRM Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging, email templates, and outreach cadences Provide feedback loop on lead quality, objections, and messaging effectiveness Track performance against KPIs; proactively iterate your approach Represent the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and alignment with company values Employment Details Employment Type: Permanent Employment Industry: HR and Recruiting Work space preference: Work from Home Ideal work province: Worldwide Ideal work city: Any City Salary bracket: R 8000 – 11000 Drivers License: N/A Own car needed: No
