- Grade 12
- National Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management,
- 5 Years HR Experience in the Opencast Mining Industry
- Computer Literate in:
- MS Word, Power Point, Excel
- Good knowledge of relevant labour legislation
- The successful candidate will be required to pass a medical assessment
- Own transport with a valid driver’s license.
GENERAL DUTIES:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Attend to general requests/queries from all employees.
- Ensure high level and high standard of customer service and guidance in line with HR Policies and Procedures.
- Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process
- Provide information and assistance to Sites
- Set up internal disciplinary hearings, and grievance meetings, take minutes if required.
- Prepare all documentation/information required for Disciplinary Hearings and CCMA cases.
- Assist with CCMA cases by collecting and analysing information for the case
- Ensure that the recruitment process is followed from start to end in order to recruit effectively and reduce turnover.
- Manage the on-boarding of successful candidates and take-on documentation.
