About the Role
We are seeking an Associate Product Engineer to join our Cape Town team as we build AI-powered solutions for a forward-thinking Marketing Consultancy. As part of our technical team, you will work closely with our Lead Product Engineer in London and be instrumental in developing and validating AI-powered solutions that drive breakthrough marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Build AI agent prototypes
- Work alongside the Lead Product Engineer to develop and validate AI-powered solutions
- Scale the platform
- Contribute to a competitive intelligence platform
- Work with LLMs programmatically
- Manage and query databases

Requirements
- Python proficiency
- Programmatic LLM access (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)
- Database familiarity (SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL solutions)
- Contextual builder mindset
- Self-starter energy
- Comfort with feedback
- Advantageous: Full Stack Development (GCP, React, Next.js), Data visualization or analytics tools, API integrations and webhooks
