Key Responsibilities • Handle reservations from enquiry to confirmation, including amendments and cancellations • Respond professionally to client and agent enquiries via email and phone • Capture bookings accurately and maintain detailed guest and agent records • Generate quotes and confirmations, ensuring correct rates and inclusions • Coordinate special requests, guest preferences, and operational notes • Liaise with lodge teams and internal departments to ensure smooth booking flow • Maintain high attention to detail in all documentation and communication • Support reporting, filing, and general reservations administration ✅ Requirements • Previous reservations experience within luxury hospitality, lodges, or hotels essential • Strong computer literacy and confidence using reservations systems and Microsoft Office • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Highly organised, deadline-driven, and accurate under pressure • Strong customer service mindset and professional telephone etiquette • Team player with a positive, solutions-driven attitude
