Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard Travel Agencies and ITCs.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with travel professionals.
• Deliver compelling presentations to prospective partners and corporate clients.
• Conduct training sessions (virtual and in-person) for new and existing partners.
• Generate leads through networking, outreach, and referrals.
• Negotiate contracts and partnership agreements.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Develop strategies to enter new markets and drive growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on business development goals.
• Provide ongoing support to partner agencies.

What You Bring:

• Post-matric qualification in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within the travel industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Solid understanding of the travel agency landscape.
• Valid drivers license and own vehicle.
