This role manages accounting, reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and internal controls while ensuring strict compliance with U.S. GAAP and U.S. regulatory standards. Daily collaboration with a U.S. finance team is required.Minimum Requirements:Bachelors in Accounting/Finance; CA(SA)/CIMA/CPA advantageous58 years finance experience, incl. 2+ years in a Controller/lead roleStrong U.S. GAAP knowledge; IFRS exposureExperience in financial services advantageousAbility to work independently in a remote, cross-border environmentKey Responsibilities:Oversee AP/AR, payroll, and general ledgerProduce GAAP-compliant financial statementsManage budgets, forecasts, and cash flowMaintain internal controlsCoordinate audits and tax mattersEnsure compliance with U.S. reporting requirementsProvide financial analysis and insightsImprove financial systems and processes.
