About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Dealer Principal to join our client’s Corporate Dealer Group in Gauteng. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Motor Industry, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage dealer principal operations within the corporate dealer group
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve targets
- Maintain accurate asset and stock records
- Foster strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
Requirements
- At least 5 years Dealer Principal experience within the Motor Industry
- Grade 12 Qualification essential
- Valid Drivers License Essential
- Degree in Business Management or Marketing Management will be advantageous
- Strong Asset and Stock Controlling Skills
- Ability to work in a Corporate Dealer Group environment
- Specific Brand experience pertaining to this client will be discussed with shortlisted candidates
- Must have contactable references
