About the Role

GAP Consulting is seeking a skilled Debtors Clerk to join their team in Gauteng. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and ensuring timely payments from clients.

Key Responsibilities

Process accounts receivable and ensure timely payments from clients
Maintain accurate records and reports on debt collection activities
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve outstanding debts and improve credit control procedures
Utilize MS Office applications to manage data and communicate with stakeholders
Comply with company policies and procedures for debt collection and customer service

Requirements

Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience as a Debtors Clerk in the Manufacturing Industry
Relevant Tertiary Education required
Proficient in MS Office essential
Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes and credit control procedures will be beneficial
Valid Driver’s License and own Transport required
Contactable references and payslips required

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary of up to R 18 000 negotiable based on experience
