An established car dealership in the Upper Highway area is seeking a dynamic, results-driven New Vehicle Sales Manager to lead their sales team and drive overall dealership performance.Key Responsibilities- Lead, manage, & motivate the new vehicle sales team to achieve and exceed monthly targets- Drive sales performance, profitability, & market share growth- Implement effective sales strategies, campaigns, & promotions- Monitor daily sales activities, forecasting, & reporting- Ensure compliance with dealership policies, OEM standards, & industry regulations-Maintain excellent customer relationships & handle escalated sales queries- Coach, mentor, & develop sales staff to maximize individual & team performanceMinimum Requirements:- Matric qualification (relevant tertiary qualification advantageous)- Minimum 5 years experience in new vehicle sales- At least 3 years experience in a senior or management role within vehicle sales- Proven track record of leading and managing successful sales teams- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills- Target-driven with a hands-on management approach- Valid drivers licenseRemuneration & Benefits:- Basic Salary: R30 000 R35 000 (negotiable) + Petrol Card + Company Car + Provident Fund + Medical Aid + Commission & BonusesHow to Apply:- Send your CV- Email subject line: “VEHICLE SALES MANAGER”
